General Information:

The smoking shelter is made from using a used or new shipping container which is cut down in size. Once cut down to size a supporting frame is added to either the rear or front of the shipping container for support. Two aperture’s are cut, one on either side, These must be 50% of the side to meet UK construction regulations. Now that all the steel work is fully welded in the container is fully prepared which includes an orbital sand, sealing over the welds and a final dust off. Once all the preparation is finished its into the paint shop. It undergoes a two coat paint. First coat is a primer and the second coat is a marine based paint. These are available in any colour. The smoking shelter is then left to rest before adding the wall mounted ash tray and then a final check prior to delivery.

Delivery Options:

The smoking shelter is available for delivery throughout the whole UK. With it only being one of our smaller items it is also one of the cheapest to deliver. All of our deliveries come on a HI-AB equipped vehicle. These vehicles can vary in size from 20ft long up to 60ft long so please check your access. Restrictions on delivery – please make sure there are no over head cables such as power lines and telephone lines, we must be a distance of 10 metres away at all times. The vehicle will need a width of 6 metre to 8 metre to enable the driver to get his out riggers deployed. The ground must be a hard standing ground.
